There were 3,465 American military personnel killed in Iraq between March 19, 2003 and October 3, 2009. At this rate, how long would the Iraq war need to continue for these deaths to equal the number of abortions performed in the U.S. in 2008 (the last year for which figures are available at the time of this writing)?
